The Soundboard and the Qube combine together into a fun, interactive activity perfect for building language skills, cause and effect, motor skills, and more. The Qube and Soundboard feature fully customizable pockets-- for instance, you could put pictures of animals in the clear pouches on the Qube, and matching animals in the Soundboard’s panels. Students can roll the Qube, and if, for instance, the picture of a cat lands face up, the Soundboard will play a “meow” sound and the cat panel will light up. This reinforcement system provides so much fun, interactive feedback! Record your own sounds or, use the 64 pre-recorded sounds loaded into the soundboard.
The IRiS Qube is powered via an internal 9v battery and operates at a distance of up to 90 feet. The IRiS Soundboard plugs into a standard 110v electrical outlet. Both items are fully IRiS-compatible, allowing them to connect to each other as well as other IRiS Talkers and Listeners.
