Each four page story features full color pictures and an activity page with vocabulary exercises. Your Teacher's Guide includes additional worksheets for each story, as well as assessments to help you track reading comprehension, vocabulary, and social skills understanding. A CD-ROM with the PDFs of the activity pages and full-color stories is included for easy printing or use with your interactive whiteboard.
The Connections in the Workplace Software can read stories to students while highlighting text word by word, line by line, or by complete sentences. A test at the end of each story provides speech support and an optional hint feature that you can control. A teacher management system allows you to monitor student performance, individualize options for students, and print out progress reports.
