Arm Weight

Use these arm weights to help reduce shaking, strengthen arms, and increase kinesthetic awareness. This soft, weighted stretch sleeve is available in a variety of sizes. They fit nicely on even a young child's forearm. Help improve the stability and of your student’s arm so that they can confidently complete fine motor and self-help tasks.

Therapists will appreciate the sturdy, heavy duty stitching of this product. They are made of durable, black, stretch cotton Lycra. The weight is lead free steel shot sewn in with heavy duty stitching. The dark black color hides spots and dirt.

The even distribution of weight along the full length of the forearm gives students lots of flexibility and mobility. Since the weight is symmetrical, arm weights can be worn on either arm. To clean just hand wash and lay flat to air-dry.

To pick the correct size, measure the circumference of the largest part of the forearm.

Extra Small Weight: .25 lb. Circumference: 5.0" - 6.5"
Small Weight: .5 lb. Circumference: 6.5" - 8.0"
Medium Weight: .5 lb. Circumference: 8.0" - 9.5"
Large Weight: .5 lb. Circumference: 9.5" - 11.5"
Extra Large Weight: .5 lb. Circumference: 11.5" - 14.0"
