The What Color Is It? Interactive reading book will teach your students to identify, match and label colors. Introduce basic speaking and reading skills with simple sentences. (ex: "The apple is red." Students find, match, and attach the apple picture and the red color square to complete the sentence.) While using the interactive book, students work on labeling, sequencing, creating simple sentences, and basic reading skills. The book is designed to be used on multiple levels, with 4 pre-reading skill activities and 3 reading skill activities described in the instructions on the inside cover.
This laminated book is bound with loose-leaf binder rings so that pages can be reordered or removed as desired. Following the instruction page that outlines seven levels of pre-reading and reading activities, it features 4 pages of 24 full color 2" x 2" Velcro backed laminated pictures followed by 12 different sentence pages.
