TopicTalk Social Skills Game

Develop social language skills with Topic Talk! This enjoyable card game teaches kids to interact with their peers, voice opinions, make comments, and more. It provides a fun structured activity that develops a variety of conversation skills including asking questions, listening and turn taking in conversation. Use 205 conversation prompt cards to create hours of opportunities for players to get chatting!

Each card prompts discussion on a specific subject. Players are asked to convey a personal experience or point of view to the rest of the group. Examples of prompts include: “Talk about a time you did not feel good”, “Talk about where you live”, “Talk about your favorite game”, and many others.

In addition to these conversational prompts, the game also includes various challenges designed to improve social skills. Players may be tasked with asking and answering questions about the topic, making comments, and/or maintaining the conversation for a certain amount of time. Players must work together in order to win!

This game includes 75 topic cards, 30 question cards, 20 double talk cards, 70 talk cards, and 10 wild cards for a total of 205 cards. A 5 minute timer is also included! Recommended for kids ages 7 and up.
