Shipping Charges
- We offer free shipping on PO orders over $89 in the contiguous US (excludes truck items).
- Some larger items require additional shipping. These items have a truck symbol next to them. If you need exact charges please call us at 877-249-2393 x2 or email po@nationalautismresources.com. We are happy to issue you a shipping quote!
- If you would like to prepay for your PO with a credit card feel free to place your order online. You can enter your PO number in the customer comment section and it will appear on your invoice and packing slip. This is your most economical option.

What if my facility is tax exempt?
It usually takes 5-10 business days for processing and delivery of your order. Please note that all shipments to an APO or FPO may take up to 6 to 8 weeks.
Can I pay with a credit card on Net 30 orders?
Please note that all orders placed using Net 30 terms will incur a 5% Net 30 fee. This fee is waived if you pay via check or ACH.
Returns Policy
You may return like new items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Please take care when ordering larger therapy equipment. Swings and special order equipment is often custom made per order and can not be returned without a significant restocking fee of up to 40% depending on the item.
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of oral motor and chewable products.
