The Insomnia Workbook for Teens is a practical workbook that will teach teens how to take control of their mind and body so that they can get a good nights sleep.
Most of the activities are organized around different periods in the night and day (Before Bed, In Bed and Waiting for Sleep, Out of Bed in the Morning, and Out of Bed During the Day). Teens will learn specific strategies that can improve their sleep during each of these time periods.
The workbook is broken into 31 cognitive behavioral activities designed to change sleep habits.
