18 stories feature full color photos of individuals with disabilities in a variety of work settings. Each story uses repetitive vocabulary and phrases to help students build fluency and focus on reading comprehension. Students are encouraged to read these lessons with a peer, parent, or teacher to talk over and absorb the concepts in a discussion-based format. Includes activity pages as well as a handy instructor’s guide.
Each story is written at a reading level of 1.5. A teacher's guide includes instruction ideas and additional activity pages.
