Ibex - Introducing Emotions Set

This set is designed to introduce the abstract concept of the following feelings: happy, sad, mad, scared, and silly. Designed by therapists, this set builds emotional courage, resilience, empathy, emotion identification, and builds healthy attachments.

Kids will be encouraged to recognize and share their emotions when they feel them. Ibex teaches that emotions are a gift and that recognizing our emotions is courageous.

This set includes:

• A super soft Ibex stuffed animal that kids can use to role play with. Size: 6" W x 14" L
• An illustrated board book that incorporates mindfulness strategies that Ibex uses to greet his feelings and positively express them.
• A full color affirmation card that can act as a visual reminder and reinforce concepts from the book.

Recommended for ages 3 and up.
